Answer: I have tried Sage, and Quickbooks. Both useless and unnecessarily complicated, even for me, and I’m pretty au fait with software etc (having built three of my own websites).
I now use Excel spreadsheets. Simple, accurate, a cinch to update, and my accountant has no problems whatsoever.
